Shipping

FREE standard shipping to all continental US destinations on every purchase at The Velveteen Rabbit Antiques & Collectibles online shop. Please note that Ebay store purchases are included in the website free shipping promotion, so don't forget to take a peek at the large inventory we have in our Ebay store.

International Shipping

We love to ship worldwide, and offer extremely reasonable shipping rates to our international customers, so please email us at support@thevelveteenrabbitantiques.com for a quote. We do not try to make money on shipping as a lot of other ecommerce shops do, therefore we can keep the shipping costs down to actual shipping charges plus a very nominal upcharge for fresh packing materials. We accept Paypal, Western Union money orders & transfers, and bank wire transfers. We do require a confirmed address for items $25 or more if paying via Paypal on all international orders.

Insurance Claims

In the event your item is lost or damaged, we will initiate a claim on your behalf. We do not use USPS insurance, but use a private insurance company as it has a quicker turn around time for our customers, and it is more reasonable. We do require a form to be filled out by the customer so that we may submit the claim. The good news is....... is that I have had only 2 lost or damaged packages in over 10 years of selling online, so please feel confident that your package will make it to your destination unscathed.

Returns

Please email us prior to returning the item. Items that are not damaged may be returned by returning them unused and in the original box with original packing, insured, and with tracking within 7 days of receipt to:
